SURGERY MANTAINANCE: we have two dental chairs in each of our operatories. Before the start of any treatment, floors are thoroughly scrubbed with scented phenol which leaves the place clean and smelling fresh. All carpeted/non carpeted areas are meticulously cleaned with high power vacuum cleaner to get all the dust mites out and prevent air borne infections if any. The chairs and all the rotating parts are cleaned and sprayed with antiseptic solution. After every patient the same procedure is followed for all the chairs to prevent cross infection. The whole operatory including the roof, floors and dental chairs are fumigated as it is done world wide in operation theatres.
INSTRUMENT STERILIZATION : after cleaning all the instruments with antiseptic solution, they are packaged in to sterile pouches and vacuum sealed to prevent contamination.
The instruments are then placed into autoclave at 121*C. At this temperature all the diseases known to us, whether caused by bacteria or viruses (eg. HIV, HEPATITIS B, TUBERCULOSIS AND ETC) are killed. This is the standard procedure followed in operation theatres worldwide.
DISPOSIBLE MATERIALS : Use of fresh, new pair of gloves for every patient that is disposed off immediately is mandatory at our clinic. In addition we use disposable masks, suction tips, patient drap, surgeon's apron.
All the local anaesthetic solutions are given in disposable syringes in front of the patient. We also use bottled water for rinsing your mouth during procedures.
DENTAL CHAIRS: The dental chairs at our clinic will give you stress free homely experience. We have the latest electronic dental chair which is four programmed by the software. More ever all the controls are operated by sensors that will give the dental surgeons as well as the patient risk free environment.
