Home bleaching: home bleaching involves the fabrication of plastic mouthpieces that look like protective mouth sports guard. Patient must wear this fabrication with the bleaching gel that we normally provide from our clinic for 2-4 hours a day for four to eight days. Patients can also wear this fabrication during the sleep .
